Deposit FAQ
Q1: What is the deposit for?
It reserves your spot in our VIP group. When our Indiegogo campaign goes live, we'll email you two private Secret Perk links — one for the Go 5 Pro, one for the Go 5 Ultra. These perks aren't visible anywhere on the public campaign page. Only deposit holders can see them, and they're the lowest prices we'll ever offer.
Q2: How much do I save?

Q3: Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is $19.99 and it's fully refundable at any time, no questions asked. Just email sales@phosgo.com and we'll return it.
Q4: Is the deposit applied to my pledge?
No — the $19.99 isn't deducted from your pledge. What it buys you is access to VIP pricing, which saves you $1,300 on the Go 5 Pro or $1,800 on the Go 5 Ultra.
Q5: How and when do I get my Secret Perk links?
We'll email them to the address you used at checkout on launch day, within a few hours of the campaign going live. Please add sales@phosgo.com to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam. If you haven't seen the email by the end of launch day, just let us know and we'll resend it.
Q6: What if I use a different email on Indiegogo?
No problem. The Secret Perks unlock through the links themselves, not through your Indiegogo account — so you can pledge with whichever account you like. Just make sure the email you gave us at deposit is one you check, since that's where the links go.
Q7: Do I need a separate deposit for each bike?
No. One deposit unlocks VIP pricing for both models, and once you're in you can order as many units as you want at that price — one bike or five, same deposit.
Q8: What if the campaign doesn't reach its goal?
Our Indiegogo campaign is fixed-funding, so if we don't hit the goal, no backer is charged — and your deposit is refunded in full.
Q9: When will my bike ship?
Estimated delivery dates are listed on each perk on the campaign page, so you'll see the exact timeline before you pledge. What we can promise is that the VIP backers will got their bikes before anyone else.
